1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YAR INTECH LTD only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree not to use our YAR INTECH LTD  to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you transmit through our chat application. By transmitting any content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with our chat application and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

3.Intellectual Property

YAR INTECH LTD and all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation the logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, images, videos, and software, are the property of our company or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4.Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

YAR INTECH LTD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. We do not guarantee that our chat application will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our chat application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our chat application shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us for the use of our chat application.

5.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.Changes to this User Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or amend this user agreement at any time, and such modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified or amended user agreement on YAR INTECH LTD. Your continued use of our chat application after any such changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes.

By using YAR INTECH LTD, you agree to be bound by this user agreement.

If you do not agree to be bound by this user agreement, please do not use YAR INTECH LTD.

7.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our chat application at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this user agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
